This is for you if you are interested in change and growth. If you are looking for a thinking and learning partner to help you grow as a leader and as a business. If you are willing to show up with honesty and vulnerability this will be valuable for you.

This is not for you if you are resistant to change or are looking for quick fixes. If you are not open to uncomfortable conversations, feedback or lasting changes for your whole company this will not be a fit for you.

Josh helps business leaders grow and shift in their companies. He will help you work through challenges. His ability to listen and provide feedback from a place of understanding the realities of leading a growing company will help you navigate challenges and identify clear actions. Josh will help you and your team grow and transform.

In the process of coaching and mentoring business leaders, or leadership teams, Josh will take you through three phases:

• Getting to know you and your business through a few phone calls or zoom meetings
• Regular meetings and check-ins based on need
• Observe meetings and debrief with feedback and reflection

He will work with you to overcome these challenges by planning, practicing and offering solutions and strategies to build a stronger working community in your organization. Through regular calls, connect with someone who has been there before.

Josh will use his leadership experience and understanding of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to walk you through a two day onsite intensive. The intensive will cover:

• Review of your mission/vision/values
• Strengths and Challenges of those in the organization
• Short term and long term goals

Josh will coach your team with open questions, connection building and seasoned feedback to build a team where each individual is aligned with their area of excellence. 

You will leave the retreat with a clear plan of action and everyone on your team aligned to the same values and goals.

You will need to have an open space to meet with room to move, sit and wall space for shared visuals. 

You will also need to provide:

• Pens for all
• Chart Paper
• Markers for chart paper
• Sticky notes
• Circle Dot stickers

Participants are asked to bring: 

• Water bottle
• Comfortable and movable clothing
• Journal
